Preparation
For Adult
Add 4 heaped tablespoons of Advanced Weight Gainer to a glass. Add little amount of lukewarm water and stir well to make a smooth paste. Top up to 250 ml with hot or cold water to make a delicious drink.
For Kids (2-13Yrs)
Add 2 heaped tablespoons of Advanced Weight Gainer to a glass. Add little amount of lukewarm water and stir well to make a smooth paste. Top up to 125 ml with hot or cold water to make a delicious drink. If kid does nor prefer another liquid food, add above amount to any cereals mixture or any other food that milk can be a part the food.
